Kindergarten in front of school near flag pole

3rd Grade closest to stop sign along main parking exit loop
4th and 5th Grades pick up in the bus loop area (parents don’t enter parking lot but line up along street)
* Please make sure the office is notified of any after school plan changes or special arrangements 970-726-8033 by 3:00pm., notifying the student or teacher doesn’t help and causes confusion to the dismissal system. It can be very difficult to get 260 students going in the appropriate direction from 3:20-3:40 daily with rec. programs, bus connections, parent pick up and walking/ friend arrangements.

New Student Information System
East Grand School District is improving our student data management system from PowerSchool to ALMA. We were able to transfer existing student information into ALMA but we are asking all parents to confirm the accuracy of the information.
You will find links to access each school's Alma instance on our District Website. Please watch the provided videos explaining our new registration process, links for these videos are also available on our District Website.
Building Construction Information
Construction on the FVE remodel/ addition work has begun and will continue for the next 12 months. We have been working closely with the construction company to make sure our site is safe and the impact on learning will be minimized.
We have had some significant successes and setbacks with pre-existing conditions and water leaks challenging our scope of work. We have a new roof over the oldest part of the building, new windows in the oldest part of the building, a new floor in the cafeteria, some new sidewalks and 22 new interactive display boards for each classroom.
